Spinnaker Cove was built beginning in 1976 as a deeded condominium project. The development boasts 93 townhomes directly on upper Tampa Bay. The Spinnaker Cove Condominium Association, Inc. is the official governing body of Spinnaker Cove. Under its auspices is the Spinnaker Cove Homeowners Association, which included four separate associations. Section A (32 units): Fogcutter Court, west side of Harbor House Drive, Sailmaker Court. Section A-1 (19 units): Sunray Court, Outrigger Lane. Section B (20 units): Cove Court and Section C (22 units): east side of Harbor House Drive and 4334-4344 Outrigger Lane.
A volunteer Board of Directors is elected each year to manage and operate the Spinnaker Cove Condominium Association, Inc. Membership in the association is open to all unit owners and the annual meeting is held in December. The Board of Directors meets every third Thursday at 6:30pm in the Small Clubhouse. All members and residents in good standing are welcome to attend the monthly meeting.
The Association currently communicates to members and residents through the Spinnaker Cove Times, a printed quarterly newsletter and this website, SpinnakerCoveTampa.com, which is partially open to the public.
Our community amenities include: Large Swimming Pool on Tampa Bay, Indoor and Outdoor poolside showers, Wading pool on same deck as pool, Two Community Clubhouses on Tampa Bay with TVs, Weight and Equipment room, Ping Pong & Pool Table, Two Tennis Courts, Community Boat Dock, Community Grill at Large Clubhouse and much more.
